Hargraves Institute Fellowship Program
"If you want to travel fast, travel alone. If you want to travel far, travel together." African proverb
Hargraves Institute Fellowships are a 12 month development program for high performing individuals who want to improve their individual and organisation’s performance. Now entering its 6th year, Hargraves Institute has established a broad based membership of high performing organisations across a diverse range of sectors. In response to member request, in 2011 Hargraves Institute introduced Fellowships to bring together high performing individuals for the first time.
Content and frequency of meetings for each Fellowship is developed with significant input from the associated organisations and participants, allowing further programs to evolve from the experience of the preceding programs.
Fellowship starts with the recognition that for our enterprises to continue to succeed and thrive in the 21st century will require us to discover new solutions and deliver new products, processes and services that address the changing and demanding needs of our customers, fellow employees and stakeholders. Finding new solutions calls for different thinking, working and connections.
Each year Fellowships will create a diverse multi-disciplined cohort of specialists from across existing Hargraves Institute members and specially invited guest participants. This group of talented and motivated individuals will share ideas; challenge each other’s views; and work together to develop the insights, skills and connections that they will need to deliver real values to their enterprises.
Why commit to a Fellowship or Group?
Hargraves Institute Fellowships are an opportunity to invest in people in your organisation who are dealing with the most challenging opportunities and issues.
This program develops individuals who can respond to new opportunities and unforeseen problems by creating novel ideas and concepts to deliver real outcomes and solutions.
An investment in the Fellowship is an investment in:
- The ability to connect in a diverse world and cross boundaries of new challenges
- Improve collaboration and facilitation skills including partnering and working with diverse people and concepts
- A strong network of contacts
Companies can be associated with this initiative through hosting events. There is no direct charge for being involved in the Fellowship other than the commitment to attend our Hargraves Institute Conference, Congress and at least one workshop during the year (at member rates where applicable).
