Hargraves Institute Fellowships offer a unique opportunity for member organisations to recognise and develop high performing innovative talent within their organisations. It provides a consistent pathway for the development of future innovators through interaction with other Fellowship participants from a range of top performing organisations. It offers a structure and unique Leadership Development opportunity.

Hargraves Institute User Groups provide opportunities for individuals from within memberships who are responsible for a mutual area on responsiblity to meet and discuss ideas around that topic.

Hargraves Institute Fellowships are a 12 month development program for high performing individuals who want to improve their individual and organisation’s performance. Now entering its 6th year, Hargraves Institute has established a broad based membership of high performing organisations across a diverse range of sectors. In response to member request, in 2011 Hargraves Institute introduced Fellowships to bring together high performing individuals for the first time.

Definition of Sustainability

Sustainability is the quality of a state or process that allows it to be maintained indefinitely. The principles of sustainability integrate three closely interlinked elements - the environment, the economy, and the social system - in a manner that can be continuously developed and nurtured.

Purpose

The purpose of the Hargraves Institute Sustainability Group is for members to assist each other on matters that impact on pre-competitive interests regarding sustainability issues and best practice delivery in the Australasian community.
