Hargraves Institute Programs

Hargraves'  core programs centre around Leadership and Innovation, with activities developed at the request of, and in consultation with, members to fulfill these programs.

Members identify a need within their own organisation, however whilst they may have the expertise to design an activity to address this need, by collaborating with Hargraves and other members they take a lead role in designing an enhanced activity that meets their needs in multiple areas.

Hargraves staff are responsible for coordinating and designing the activity with experts and senior staff from member organisations, and take on the role of documenting, implementing and running the activity, allowing members to participate in a new, customised and cost effective program.

During 2012, Hargraves offers 5 programs specifically designed to address the evolving needs of its members and other enterprises during a period of global and local challenges and change.

Hargraves Institute Fellowships

Hargraves Institute Fellowships offer a unique opportunity for member organisations to recognise and develop high performing innovative talent within their organisations.  It provides a consistent pathway for the development of future innovators through interaction with other Fellowship participants from a range of top performing organisations.  It offers a structure and unique Leadership Development opportunity.  To find out more about the Fellowship Program, please click here.

Hargraves Institute Partnership Program
