Membership

Membership of the Hargraves Institute provides a wide range of benefits that are built on the foundation of a diverse membership of leading organisations and the opportunity for all members to use Hargraves to resolve issues and create opportunities.

Hargraves Institute currently has 58 company members comprising a variety of both industries and corporations. The Hargraves Institute Membership List is confidential however members may access it in the Members Area of our website or request a copy via This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. In addition, Hargraves members have the opportunity to collaborate with a large number of corporations and individuals who have participated in Hargraves activities, either as an invited guest or through an open event, or are known to us as being able to offer particular experience in a specific area. To date, over 400 companies have collaborated with Hargraves members in this way.

Hargraves Institute management, members and event participants, are bound by the Hargraves Institute Charter that outlines conduct and responsibilities.

New Members

One of our primary objectives with each new member is to develop customised opportunities for Engaging with the membership. These opportunities are designed to introduce company personnel, especially department heads and senior management, to the membership so they are aware of the opportunities the membership presents and can evaluate its potential for their divisions. 'Engaging' also includes the alignment of your membership goals with Hargraves activities by reviewing our calendar and recommending activities that will best address your membership needs and, as required, by formulating new activities which will benefit you as the new member, and be of interest to existing members.

In addition, each new contact included on our database from any membership will be termed a Member Contact and will be provided with details on how they can utiilise the membership as an individual through subscribing to relevant information and access to the member area of the website. Key Contact details may also be provided to Hargraves to receive relevant information for distribution within their division.

Hargraves provides a continuous review of all activities to ensure they meet the emerging needs of members.

All Members

Hargraves is a demand driven service that delivers maximum value when members participate and set the agenda for events and programs. Membership is corporate and members can nominate unlimited contacts to receive information and invitations to events etc. All members are invited to host events and/or provide topics for activities.

Each membership receives complimentary registrations to each Annual Member Congress and and Membership Benefits each year.

Primary Contacts also receive an annual membership report that outlines their participation and activities during the previous year.

Our Responsibility to Members

Hargraves Institute will provide timely and appropriate events which are scheduled using long term planning and an annual calendar.

Hargraves Institute will respond to member requests and provide opportunities for all members.

Hargraves Institute will provide an annual report to each member outlining participation and activities completed during the membership year.

Within strict privacy protocols Hargraves Institute regularly uses the benefits of it's members' shared wealth of experience to assist members with specific questions or challenges on an unlimited variety of topics and issues.

Membership fees

Membership of Hargraves can only be obtained via invitation from the Institute or a current member. Membership is limited to companies - individual membership is not available.

Annual company membership $7,500 (inc. GST).

All new members pay a joining fee of $5,500 (inc GST). This fee is compulsory for new members.
