- Tools and techniques utilised in continuous improvement, lean processing and value stream mapping
- Portfolio Management techniques to ensure that you assign the appropriate level of resources and skills to projects and how to value R&D ahead of it being commercialised
- Tools and techniques used in commercialisation of products and services that significantly reduce time taken and hence ability to quickly capitalise on marketplace opportunities
Each segment will begin with a brief case study as to where members have been successful and the lessons that they have learnt in the doing. There will then be time for discussion and future direction should members want to pursue these topics in more detail.
