Hargraves Institute is a member-based organisation using collaboration and collective wisdom to promote shared knowledge amongst its members.  In effect, we serve as an organisational matchmaker which finds like-minded companies who wish to grow and strengthen their business through the sharing of knowledge in a non-competitive environment.  We then provide these member companies with multiple opportunities to collaborate and explore new approaches across key pillars of enterprise success.

Our focus centres around Innovation - Innovation Performance, Leadership of Innovation, and Transformation (based on sustainability, corporate responsibility, ethics and re-creation) because sometimes the 'old' way 'isn't irrelevant, but just needs a refresh, or re-creation.  These topics reflect the diversity of Hargraves' membership, the individuals within those memberships, and the core issues of each membership related to innovation.
