Why Join Hargraves?

Members highlight the key benefits of Hargraves membership as:WConf1129

"Networking with companies outside your normal area of professional/sector contact. Focus on innovation in all its manifestations. Industrial/commercial focus rather than academic focus."

"Opportunity to collaborate across industries on common topics/problems in a non-competitive manner."

"Networking with other large Australian companies to identify and share best practices."

"Diversity of innovation collaboration/experience. Connection and discussion with peers."

"No need to reinvent the wheel. Your issues are probably dealt with by the broader group. Collaboration is a strong value and all participants are more than willing to share. The depth/breadth of participating members."

The Hargraves Institute offers its members:

  • Networking at a senior level with a wide range of organisations outside your normal area of professional/sector contact to learn and share best practice.
  • Focus on innovation in all its manifestations with a practical industrial/commercial focus rather than simply a theoretical focus.
  • Numerous opportunities to collaborate with Hargraves members across a wide range of sectors on common topics/problems in a non-competitive manner.
  • Access to a wide range of interactions between members including conferences, workshops, working groups and fellowships, and member hosted events, the majority of which are free and/or exclusive to members.
  • Peer Interest Groups, ie, Sustainability, Process Innovation Fellowship
  • Membership is corporate so anyone from the organisation may participate in any activity. Where fees are applicable, Hargraves offers a member discount of around 25% and other Member Benefits.
  • Access to the Hargraves Body of Knowledge. Hargraves is based on the premise that no problem is unique, and that all problems have previously been experienced, and solved, by another business. Our Body of Knowledge comes from our vast range of knowledge and contacts (both inside and outside our membership) around what innovative tools various organisations have tried; what has worked and, more importantly, what hasn't worked.
