Following the pilot of this program in Sydney in 2010, two full programs were completed in Sydney and Melbourne in November 2011. The program addresses skills needed to lead cross-functional projects, drive thought leadership, and influence others in an innovation role or similar technical role. Participants engage in exercises that assess their individual leadership strengths and provide guidance for further skill development. Participants for this years programs came from a very diverse cross section of members and invited guests. Member companies attending included Ardoch Youth Foundation, Coca Cola Amatil, CSC, Nestle, Schweppes, Tabcorp, VicRoads, Victoria Police, Arthritis NSW, Cochlear, Ergon and ResMed - allowing excellent opportunities for collaboration across diverse industry sectors.

Hargraves would like to take this opportunity again to thank CSC for hosting these workshops.

We are planning to hold the program in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne in late 2012 subject to demand.
