Hargraves conducted yet another workshop for VPSCIIN in Melbourne, during which the participants learnt that to be effective in communications you need to put yourself in the shoes of the recipient, speak their language and understand where they are coming from. The workshop is based on the fact that to be effective in communication, 60% needs to come from body language, 30% from tone and 10% from the actual message.

The workshop consists of role playing from an action, ideas, people and process perspective and after identifying your preferred style, to then practice and receive feedback on how effectively you communicate to the other styles.
