Business Innovation Workshop - Oct 2011
Business Innovation Workshop Hosted by Roche
"Role play and practical exercises really help cement the theory. Fun day and lots of constructive, very useful information" Baxter Healthcare
A one day business innovation workshop was conducted at Roche during which the 9 participants were introduced to the fundamentals of what innovation is about and some of the processes that can be used.
They were also introduced to creative techniques and, in particular, an introduction to some of the systematic innovation techniques such as ideal final result and use of resources etc. The participants got most value out of using perception mapping as a technique to clearly identify the real issue that should be addressed, and not just jump to a solution from a perceived issue. They also practiced an 'elevator pitch' that should assist them in selling their idea to the rest of their organisation. The workshop was enjoyed by all.
