Member Benefits

Hargraves Members currently receive the following Membership Benefits

Each membership receives registration benefits in NSW, Queensland and Victoria to facilitate participation across their membership and any member contact may take advantage of these benefits. For the period 1 June 2012 to 30 June 2013, these complimentary benefits include:

Congress: 3 complimentary registrations to each Congress, ie, 3 for Sydney, 3 for Melbourne, 3 for Brisbane

Conference: A discount of approximately 50% for Conference registrations (see note below 2)

Other Events: 30% member discount to paid events

Please note that the following conditions to apply to these offerings:

  1. Additional Congress registrations may be available if venue capacity permits.
  2. The advertised discount for Conference is based on a Member Pack purchased during the Early Bird period, discounted over non-member single registration. .
  3. Registration numbers for all events is limited by venue capacity and will be allocated on a first in, first served basis.
  4. Hargraves will monitor allocation of Congress registrations and will seek approval from the primary contact if more than 3 registrations for any individual Congress are requested.
  5. Utilisation of any member benefit is subject to membership being fully paid up.
  6. May not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  7. Hargraves acceptance of any registration utilising any member benefit will be confirmed in writing via a Confirmation of Registration or invoice for payment, whichever the earlier.
