Presentation 1 Instilling Enterprise Innovation
There are a number of important characteristics of successful innovation programs, and of innovation itself, that should be considered when delivering innovations that add value to your business and to your customers. In this presentation and discussion we'll explore different types of innovation, what makes innovation successful, and a structured approach to creating an innovation program, and a culture of innovation, in your business. Real-life examples will be provided and a customer case-study will be presented that demonstrates how the various elements of innovation can be brought to life.
